Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Zeynx Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Zeynx”, “biz”) tarafından işletilen zeynx.games web sitesi ile Zeynx’in geliştirdiği oyunların (web sürümleri ve iOS/Android uygulamaları; birlikte “Hizmet”) kişisel verileri nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, sakladığını ve paylaştığını açıklar. Zeynx, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında veri sorumlusudur.
Bir uygulamanın kendi mağaza sayfasında ayrıca bir gizlilik politikası varsa, o uygulamaya özgü veriler için o politika da geçerlidir.

2. Google kullanıcı verileri
Google ile giriş yaptığında Google’dan yalnızca temel profil bilgilerini (ad, e-posta adresi, profil fotoğrafı ve hesap kimliği; openid, email, profile izinleri) alırız. Bu bilgileri yalnızca hesabını oluşturmak, giriş yapmanı sağlamak, liderlik tablolarında görünen adını ve avatarını göstermek ve hesabınla ilgili seninle iletişim kurmak için kullanırız.
Google’dan alınan veriler reklam hedeflemesi için kullanılmaz, satılmaz, yapay zekâ modellerinin eğitiminde kullanılmaz ve yukarıdaki amaçlar dışında üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz.
Zeynx’in Google API’lerinden alınan bilgileri kullanması ve aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gereklilikleri dahil olmak üzere Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na uygundur.
3. Hukuki sebepler
- Sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR m.6/1-b): hesabın, oyun kayıtların, skorların ve satın aldığın hakların sağlanması.
- Meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f): güvenlik, hile ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, hizmetin iyileştirilmesi.
- Hukuki yükümlülük (KVKK m.5/2-ç, GDPR m.6/1-c): mevzuatın gerektirdiği kayıtlar.
- Açık rıza (KVKK m.5/1, GDPR m.6/1-a): kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar ve gerekli olduğu durumlarda verilerin yurt dışına aktarılması. Rızanı istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin.
4. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?
Verilerini yalnızca Hizmeti sunmamıza yardım eden hizmet sağlayıcılarla, bu amaçla sınırlı olarak paylaşırız:
- Vercel Inc.: web sitesinin barındırılması (teknik kayıtlar).
- Kendi sunucularımızda çalışan Supabase altyapısı: hesaplar, oyun verileri ve satın alma hakları.
- Google LLC: “Google ile giriş” ve (reklam gösterildiğinde) Google AdSense / AdMob reklamları.
- Apple Inc. ve Google LLC (App Store, Google Play) ile RevenueCat Inc.: uygulama içi satın almaların işlenmesi ve doğrulanması.
- Yetkili kamu kurumları: yalnızca yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda.
Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı verileri Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışında (ör. ABD) işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar KVKK m.9 ve GDPR’ın öngördüğü güvencelere (standart sözleşmeler ve gerektiğinde açık rıza) dayanılarak yapılır.
5. Reklamlar
Bazı oyunlarımızda ve sitede reklam gösterilebilir. Reklamlar Google (AdSense, H5 Games Ads, AdMob) tarafından sunulur. Google ve iş ortakları, reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için çerezler veya cihazının reklam kimliği gibi tanımlayıcılar kullanabilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar yalnızca gerekli olduğunda rızan alınarak gösterilir. Uygulamalarda reklam tercihlerini oyunun gizlilik ayarlarından, cihazında ise reklam kimliği ayarlarından değiştirebilirsin. Ayrıntılar: Google reklam teknolojileri. Reklamsız satın alımı veya Zeynx Plus aboneliği olan oyunculara reklam gösterilmez.
6. Çerezler ve yerel depolama
Zeynx kendi tarafında izleme veya pazarlama çerezi kullanmaz. Oturumunu ve tercihlerini tarayıcının yerel depolamasında (localStorage) tutarız; bunlar Hizmetin çalışması için zorunludur. Reklam gösterildiğinde Google’ın çerezleri kullanılabilir (bkz. 5. bölüm). Tarayıcı ayarlarından yerel verileri silebilirsin; bu durumda giriş yapmadan oynadığın oyunların ilerlemesi de silinir.
7. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz?
- Hesap ve oyun verileri: hesabın aktif olduğu sürece. Silinmesini istediğinde en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.
- Satın alma kayıtları: yasal yükümlülükler (ör. vergi ve tüketici mevzuatı) gerektirdiği süre boyunca.
- Teknik ve güvenlik kayıtları: genellikle en fazla 30 gün; bir güvenlik olayının incelenmesi gerekirse daha uzun.
8. Verilerini silme ve diğer hakların
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve itiraz etme, verilerini taşıma, rızanı geri alma ve şikâyet hakkına sahipsin.
- Oyun verilerini silmek için: zeynx.games’e giriş yap → Profil → “Verilerimi sil”. Skorların, kayıtların, favorilerin ve profilin hemen silinir.
- Hesabını tamamen silmek için: kayıtlı e-posta adresinden team@zeynx.co adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde hesabın ve ilişkili veriler silinir.
- Diğer talepler için de team@zeynx.co adresine yazabilirsin. Talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
- Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na, AB’de ise bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
9. Çocuklar
Hizmet 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini fark edersen team@zeynx.co adresine bildir; veriyi sileriz. Giriş yapmadan oynamak için hesap gerekmez.
10. Güvenlik
Verilerini şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden aktarır, erişimi her kullanıcının yalnızca kendi verisini görebileceği şekilde sınırlar ve yalnızca gerekli verileri toplarız. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli olmasa da verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemleri alırız.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri sitede duyururuz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih son güncellemeyi gösterir.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zeynx Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Zeynx”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data through the zeynx.games website and the games developed by Zeynx (web versions and iOS/Android apps; together the “Service”). Zeynx is the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If an app has its own privacy policy on its store page, that policy also applies to data specific to that app.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect sensitive (special category) personal data. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Google user data
When you sign in with Google we receive only your basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture and account ID; the openid, email and profile scopes). We use it only to create your account, sign you in, show your display name and avatar on leaderboards, and contact you about your account.
Data received from Google is not used for ad targeting, is not sold, is not used to train AI models, and is not transferred to third parties except as described above.
Zeynx’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract (KVKK 5/2-c, GDPR 6(1)(b)): providing your account, saves, scores and purchases.
- Legitimate interests (KVKK 5/2-f, GDPR 6(1)(f)): security, preventing cheating and abuse, improving the Service.
- Legal obligation (KVKK 5/2-ç, GDPR 6(1)(c)): records required by law.
- Consent (KVKK 5/1, GDPR 6(1)(a)): personalized ads and, where required, transfers abroad. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only for that purpose:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting (technical logs).
- Supabase infrastructure running on our own servers: accounts, game data and purchase entitlements.
- Google LLC: “Sign in with Google” and, when ads are shown, Google AdSense / AdMob.
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC (App Store, Google Play) and RevenueCat Inc.: processing and verifying in-app purchases.
- Competent authorities: only when legally required.
Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by KVKK Article 9 and the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and, where required, your explicit consent).
5. Advertising
Ads may be shown on the site and in some of our games. Ads are served by Google (AdSense, H5 Games Ads, AdMob). Google and its partners may use cookies or identifiers such as your device’s advertising ID to show and measure ads. Personalized ads are shown only with your consent where required. You can change ad preferences in a game’s privacy settings, and in your device’s advertising ID settings. Details: How Google uses information in ads. Players with an ad-free purchase or a Zeynx Plus subscription are not shown ads.
6. Cookies and local storage
Zeynx itself does not use tracking or marketing cookies. We keep your session and preferences in your browser’s local storage; these are strictly necessary for the Service to work. When ads are shown, Google’s cookies may be used (see section 5). You can clear local data in your browser settings; doing so also deletes the progress of games you played without signing in.
7. How long we keep data
- Account and game data: for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete it, it is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
- Purchase records: for as long as legal obligations (e.g. tax and consumer law) require.
- Technical and security logs: generally up to 30 days, longer only if needed to investigate a security incident.
8. Deleting your data and your other rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access and receive a copy, to rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint.
- To delete your game data: sign in on zeynx.games → Profile → “Delete my data”. Your scores, saves, favorites and profile are deleted immediately.
- To delete your account entirely: email team@zeynx.co from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion”. After verifying your identity we delete your account and related data within 30 days.
- For any other request, write to team@zeynx.co. We respond within 30 days.
- You can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact team@zeynx.co and we will delete it. No account is needed to play without signing in.
10. Security
We transfer data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restrict access so that each user can only see their own data, and collect only what we need. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We announce significant changes on the site. The date at the top shows the latest update.
